Lagos Lawmakers Disagree On Return Of Okada Riders To Highways

Some lawmakers in the Lagos State House of Assembly have disagreed on the return of motorcyclists popularly referred to as Okada riders to the major highways, where their operations have been restricted.
Moshood Oshun (APC) Lagos Mainland Consti-tuency II, said that he will not accept that the return of okada riders to the restricted areas is becoming an embarrassment, but that it is an embarrassment to the people of the state generally.
On his part, Victor Akande (PDP) Ojo Constituency I, said that the problem was created by the government during the electioneering period.
