Kogi Decides 2015: INEC Declares Election Inconclusive

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the election of Kogi state conducted on Saturday 21st of November ‘inconclusive’. The reason being that the number of cancelled votes is higher than the number of the two major parties (APC and PDP).
