In a showy display of his wealth, House of Reps member representing Ibadan North East/South East Federal Constituency, Dapo Lam-Adesina has taken to social media platform, Instagram to flaunt what he called “real accessories”.
The lawmaker with Instagram handle, “dapolam’ upload shoes, perfumes caps etc to show his acclaimed high fashion.
Unfortunately, the post infuriated his followers, most of whom are youths.
Many reacted, lambasting the lawmaker for allegedly neglecting his political duties to his constituency for a display of wealth, an act a follower called “vanity of life”. One angry youth among his followers replied the lawmaker with a question: who are you oppressing with these shoes and perfumes?
The reactions that trail the upload made him delete the content almost immediately.
Dapo Lam-Adesina’s political sojourn become noticed when he became Commissioner of Youth and Sports in Oyo State. He was later appointed as Commissioner for Industry, Applied Science and Technology, and now a member of All Progressive Congress (APC) in House of Representatives.
