Opponents who are against his emergence as Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland have revealed that Alhaji Dauda Akinola is allegedly suffering from life threating ailment.
The Ibadan businessman and the new Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Alhaji Dauda Akinola was picked some months ago to replace the late islamic scholar, Alhaji Abdulazeez Arisekola Alao by a league of Imams, a decision that some top Islamic cleric frown at, raising the question if he was qualified to hold the position.
A source revealed that aside his status as a known womaniser who is in the habit of dating married female bankers in Ibadan, the new Aare Musulumi has a health history as he is alleged to be suffering from Parkinson disease, a health issue he has been dealing with for three years.
The source furthermore disclosed that his health status was the reason some Imams kicked against his nomination as the Aare Musulumi but reactions from Alhaji Dauda Akinola’s supporters claimed that his doctors gave the proof that the disease is not life-threatening.
