One would have thought that DSTV will obey the court injunction served on it to suspend the collection of the increased rate until the determination of the case before the court which comes up on the 16th of April, 2015, it is not to be.
Finding has unearthed the real reason behind the digital television provider’s gut to call the bluff of Nigeria Federal government. Those privy to reliable information alleged that the Director General of the National Broadcasting Commission, Emeka Mba is a stake holder in DSTV Nigeria and also influencer of decisions in corridor of power as regards broadcasting in Nigeria.
